SimuWHEELf1 Wheelbox (SimuSERIES)

SimuWHEELf1 Overview

The SimuWHEELf1 steering wheel box is designed to be an economical solution to adding a fully functional steering wheel to Direct Drive wheel systems based on the Granite Devices SimuCUBE control board. This steering wheel box interfaces directly with the SimuCUBE in a plug and play fashion and functions as part of the SimuCUBE when connected.

This wheel box will not work as a direct USB system but can be used in conjunction with the PSUSB_28x for USB functionality. USB functionality is not needed when used with the SimuCUBE or the Sim-Pli.city SM-12 adapter.

The SimuWHEELf1 is designed to be compatible with a good selection of standard formula sized wheels using a 50.8 or 70mm PCD. The integrated paddles switches are inspired by the 2009 FW31 Williams Formula One race wheel giving a short precise throw. The Paddle plates included are adjustable by 10mm on each side allowing for a wider range of wheels from a minimum of about 260mm to approx 310mm.

The SimuWHEELf1 is available in two material choices, Aerospace Grade M2.25 Woven Carbon Fiber Plate or M2.0 Black Surface G10. The Graphite version is stornger and lighter than the G10 version.
